It was ugly.  Not sure how Knots are under .500.

Bogastow is on a 5 game winning streak and took all three from Huxley at home. Capped by an outstanding performance by Luke Weaver.

Game 1 - Parades, Diaz, and Walker homer in the first three innings to spot the Heroes a 5-0 lead.  UCity chips away but comes up a run short as the visitors prevail 5-4.  Game 2 - A 2-run double from Henderson gives the Anunnaki a lead they don't relinquesh, as Higgley are the ones who end up a run short, again 5-4.  Game 3 - Walker's third homer of the series gives the Heroes and early 3-1 lead, but UCity ties it on hits by Reynolds and Altuve.  A Ramirez homer in the 8th gives the visitors a lead but it proves to be short-lived as Castellanos answers with a blast of his own to tie it again.  In the 9th, the Anunnaki get their first three runners on before a Henderson fielders choice walks it off as the home team prevails by the score of (stop me if you have heard this before) 5-4.

Please use lineup 2 vs Rodriguez, lineup 4 vs Sale, and lineup 5 vs Ober.  Thanks.

Chinook looked much better in the second half of the series, sweeping the Red Knots and limited them to just one run in each game.

Played all six in consultation with Halliburton.  It ended up a draw.  The highlight was Luis Castillo twirling a no-no.

Lowlights were Genesis Cabrera and Alec Burleson suffering long-term injuries.  I moved up Canzone for Burleson and put him in the MP so Hermits wouldn't be short on field players.

Heroes take a 10 inning affair 4-3, then explode for a 9-2 victory in game 2.  Visitors nearly claw back from a 5-0 deficit in the final contest, but the home team holds on for a 6-4 win to take all three games.

The NRIs have too win the last two, the finale in extra innings, to salvage a split with Halifax.

Rotisserie results. We go 1-2 on the homestand for a lousy 1-5 on the week.

Our 1 was a good win though. Tied 1-1 to go to extras, Clowns score 1 in the top, then McClain hits a two-run walk-off in the bottom of the inning.

MP ready for the Pirates.
