WARNING - Do NOT promote players that are not active roster eligible. So your pitchers with less than 10 IP or hitters with less than 26 PA.
REMINDER - free agents signed hereafter cannot be retained in the off-season or be placed on the post-season roster.
BIG REMINDER - As needed, teams now have a $410 salary cap and a 50-man roster with the restriction that this additional $10 and 10 roster spots is just for maintaining the 25-man active roster without the headache of the file drone (and GMs) having to find players that are acceptable to cut.
NOTICE - Clowns, HawkRocks, and Mudhens have taken advantage of $410-cap/50-man roster to maintain a 25-man active roster.
