MPs ready for Series 48: Drillers, Whitecaps

Visiting team MP deadline is Wednesday, September 14th, 10 AM EDT. Series results are due Thursday, September 15th, 10 PM EDT.

In addition to the demotions above I had to farm Corey Seager.

Canons win G1 with an Oswaldo Arcia solo providing the only run of the encounter.

G2 Canons take a 6-0 lead after 5 and only leak one run in the last 4 innings

After a leadoff homer from Garcia, the Rabid Dogs get a second run when the Canons kindly bring Beltre home from 2nd with a WP and an error. Then a Jankowski double in the second and an Arcia pinch-hit single in the fifth bring Corpus level. Canons score 4 in the 6th - Albert with his 39th tater of the season - which proves too many for the Rabids. Home sweep.

For Don Mattingly series

Terriers 2 of 3 from CB.

Game 1: Outlaws rough up Dickey for 6 runs over 6 innings, for a 6-4 Outlaw win.

Game 2: Trailing by one, the Glovers put 2 runners on in the 9th, but Madsen induces a double play, for a 4-3 Outlaws victory.

Game 3: Hechavarria beats the throw home in the bottom of the 9th, to break the tie and give the Glovers a 3-2 win. Bumgarner drives in both of the Outlaws runs, on a 2 run homer in the top of the 8th.

BDM take the first two, and then the Heroes take the third 20-3, helped by 7 unearned runs.
