Firedogs MP for series 31

Canons bounce back from being backup swept at home by the Outlaws to win all three against the old enemy, the Firedogs.

Short of healthy pitching in game 3 with both McAllister and Henderson sustaining injuries, CCC blow a 4-run lead top of the ninth, but a Dominguez single drives in Ruggiano to break the deadlock. McAllister out for a couple of weeks.

Game 1: With almost no one in the bullpen ready to go, Holland goes 8 2/3 to bail them out, on the way to a 4-2 Glovers win. Homers from Myers, Castillo and Rios.

Game 2: Gonzalez outduels Quintana, as BDM ekes out a 2-1 victory. Homer from Escobar.

Game 3: BDM takes advantage of the extra outs given to them by the Glovers defense, on their way to a 6-4 win. Kelly Johnson homers for BDM, and Strasburg throws his fourth complete game of the year, allowing only 1 earned (and 5 unearned) run.

BDM wins the series 2-1.
