1st half deadline is Friday, July 19th, 10 PM EDT. 2nd half results are due Monday, July 23rd, 10 PM EDT.

G1: Two pitchers soon to be traded for each other face off. Gerrit Cole dominates while Freddy Peralta exits early w/ an injury. Aaron Judge hits decisive 3-run HR early. BUR 6-1.

G2: Peralta comes back after only throwing 27 pitches the day before and pitches the ugliest (and as far as I can remember) only no-hitter in Chinook history. He walked 9 guys and hit 2 others, but just when the wheels had totally fallen off in the 9th, James McCann hit into a game-ending double play. TBC 7-2.

G3: Framber Valdez makes his last start for the Chinook a memorable one throwing 19 strikes in 55 attempts on the way to 8 walks in 1.1 IP, spotting the Firedogs a 4-0 lead, Chinook tied it in the 7th w/ a 3-run HR from Matt Carpenter. Justin Turner soloed to put Burlington back ahead in T8, but Chinook rallied right back in B8 w/ Joey Wendle getting key hit. Oliver Perez got a calm save in 9th. TBC 6-5.

Jaxx take two of 3, 11-4 and 10-9, before losing game 3, 5-0.

BDM pounds Crescent Beach in three unpleasant games.

I am leaving this trainwreck of a team unmanaged for the next three weeks. MP is ready for Brockton, with the request that Altuve and Encarnacion are activated as soon as eligible so they can get disabled again.

McCallions and UCity all six. Mississauga wins 5 of them, but everyone agreed the real value was in the competition and camaraderie. Also, that no one got hurt. UCA MP ready to go for next week.

Somehow got myself mixed up once again, but in the spirit of better late than never, first half HawkRocks v. Rotisserie results. We take two of three.
