Game 1 might be the oddest one I've ever played in TRHL. In a game where the Outlaws starter was knocked out in the 3rd and all 11 pitchers on the staff pitched, the Outlaws were down 7-1 in the 7th, before rallying to tie it, then appeared to blow the game in the 14th on a single from Clowns P Cishek, only to have Matt Chapman tie it up in the bottom half with a 2-run HR, and Yoenis Cespedes walk it off in the 15th with a solo shot.
Chapman hit 600/619/1200 for the series, picking up 12 hits, including 6 2B and 2 HR.

NRI-BDM LDS
Good series, felt much tighter than the final 4-1 result. NRIs are going to give me fits next year.
Game 1: LeBlanc vs deGrom in Yankee Stadium. Tight pitching duel through 6. Yankees score on solo HRs in the 1st (Villar) and 4th (Canha). NRI get one back in the 5th on a Rosario triple, and a ground out. BDM scotes twice in the 7th (Spahn HR, and Ohtani double). Leading 4-1 the BDM pen makes it very interesting allowing solo HRs in the 8th, and 9th, but Holder finally locks it down.
BDM wins 4-3. W - deGrom, L - LeBlanc, SV – Holder. HR – Villar, Canha, Span, Desmond, Dahl.
Game 2: Gant vs. Wheeler in YS. BDM takes an early lead on a single and three BBs, but Gant gets a DP to limit the damage. Game comes completely unglued in the 4th, as Wheeler, Happ, and Dyson allow six runs, on a homer, 4 singles, two BBs, a WP, and a forecourt. BDM doesn’t put up a fight after that.
NRI wins 8-2. W – Gant, L – Wheeler. HR – Villar (2), Dahl
Game 3: T. Willams vs Sabathia in Safeco. BDM scratches one in the 2nd on a single, walk, WP, walk, and PB, but Sabathia escapes further damage. BDM adds 4 in the 4th, the big blow being a Villar 3-run shot. NRI answer with two in the bottom of the inning, and one in the 7th, but the Mattingly pen holds on
.
BDM wins 5-3. W – Williams, L – Sabathia, SV – Holder (2). HR: Villar (3), Devers
Game 4: Wheeler vs Glasnow in Safeco. Yankees get going early in the 2nd with a four-spot, and keep tacking on. NRI threaten a bunch of times (12 LOBs), but only manage three-single run innings.
BDM wins 7-3. W – Coleman, L – Glasnow. HR: Canha (2), Holt, Ramos. Dahl injured for 18 days on a HBP.
Game 5: deGrom vs. LeBlanc at Safeco. All deGrom in this one. He goes 8 IP with only one unearned run (BDM commits three errors in the game). BDM score two each in the 4th, 5th, and 6th innings.
BDM wins 6-1. W – deGrom (2), L – LeBlanc (2). HR: Posey, Inciarte
Series MVP goes to Jacob deGrom: 2-0, 0.60 ERA, 15 IP, 9 H, 5 BB, 16 K
