Note we're playing 9-1 through 9-3 games. When you use Game -> Scheduled, though, it will show the 8.29 games because the Don Mattingly - Glovers series will be played later this week.

Visiting team MP deadline is Friday, August 22nd, 11 PM EDT. Series results are due Sunday, August 24th, 11 PM EDT.

Marauders drop the first in extra innings, take the last two in nailbiter fashion.

Halifax takes 2 of 3 from Hamilton.

Home and Home Netplay:

Game 1: Wood and Strasburg engage in a pitchers duel, with BDM finally breaking through against the Glovers bullpen in the 9th. BDM wins 2-0

Game 2: After the Glovers score 2 to tie it in the bottom of the 9th, BDM scores in the top of the 11th, to take a 4-3 win.

Game 3: BDM scores 2 in the 8th to take a late lead, and a 3-2 win for the sweep at Yeovil.

Game 4: With the rosters expanded, BDM takes advantage of an all righty lineup to goon-squad Holland and drive him from the game in the 3rd, on their way to an easy 6-2 win.

Game 5: Quintana takes a no-hitter into the 8th, and the Glovers hold on for a 3-2 win.

Game 6: Strasburg and Wood meet again, with the Glovers coming out on top in a 3-1 win.

Pirates take 2 of 3.

Forsyth does what it should and sweeps out Mount Valley.
