Series 45 has been completed.
NOTES:
1. Active rosters can now expand to 40.
2. Any free agents signed hereafter (not those below!) cannot be re-signed and cannot be on a post-season roster.
3. As needed, teams can have a salary cap of $410 and 50 players on roster if needed to maintain a 25-man active roster. This is implemented on a case by case basis by the file drone.

Automatic farmings due to overuse:
