1. I DL'd Upton and promoted Trayce Thompson for the Marauders.
2. I did NOT update rotations for those teams that did not submit results or post MPs given we are now past the All Star break. It's too subjective to decide how to restructure the rotation for all of these teams; too many variables. So I kept the rotation as is.
