Clowns win two of three. Of note:

Darvish throws a complete game shutout against the best offense in the league, striking out 14.

Hares hit three homeruns and 17 hits to win 12-1. Trout hits one of the HR to give him 20.

Aroldis Chapman throws 37 pitches for a two inning save giving up three hits, walking one, a dropped fly ball, and one run scored along the way. Hares have runners in scoring position with one out both innings but Chapman recovers twice in a row to strand them. He even struck out the side in the ninth. Trout hit another HR in the game to give him 21, and five in the last six games.

Needing a big performance against its division rival, Crescent Beach scored 32 runs and swept the Rocket Rogers. The Rogers' rotation had to be adjusted prior to the series so Garza, Carrasco, and Bedard all started on full rest.
