Permanent farmings due to overuse:
1. Stogies - Andrew Toles, middling middle relievers relieved to be promoted.
2. Chinook - Rickie Weeks and Dylan Bundy, See Note #1 above. No one left to promote!

4. Heroes - Dallas Keuchel, Mengden promoted and inserted in to rotation.
