Series 21 has been completed.
REMINDER - In a couple of periods, all free agents signed thereafter cannot be retained in the off-season. So in other words, given one six-game series involves August and September games, once I file drone and the new game date is September 5th, then any signings thereafter are non-retainable.

Special Transaction:
1. As discussed via e-mail, Anunnaki should not have been able to re-sign Sean Reid-Foley. Mike has agree to also not receive back Ryan Borucki since Borucki already signed by Whitecaps. Looking at the claims of that period, though, the Outlaws also submitted a claim on Reid-Foley, but it was a conditional signing given Outlaws had the same player listed to be released for both the Reid-Foley claim and the Dustin Garneau claim. Outlaws had Garneau claim listed first and did sign Garneau that period.
So Reid-Foley simply becomes a free agent.
