BDM takes 2 of 3 from Indianapolis playing HTH

Game 1 Uehara blows yet another 9th inning lead on a 3-run HR to Werth, but the rest of the BDM pen rallies, and Machado wins the game in the 14th with his own TRH off an exhausted Jansen in his 3rd inning of work. BDM win 9-6

Game 2 Fairly routine 5-3 Indy win. Feldman outpitches Gonzalez. BDM leaves 7 on base. A 9th inning HR by Valbuena is too little, too late,

Game 3 BDM get to Figaro early. JC Perez goes 4-5, Machado and Valbuena both homer again. Straily is good enough, despite walking 4. BDM wins 7-2

And we're all tied up for the first WC in the NL with 60 games to play

Posting the series results for Halifax at Havana...Marc is out of town.

Somewhat miraculous sweep by the Canons at home, blowing a two-run lead top of the ninth only to win it half an inning later, overcoming a 2-run deficit in the ninth in the second followed by a relatively uneventful ninth in the final game where a 3-run lead is merely reduced to 2 runs.

Glovers take the first two behind solid performances from Morton and Holland, and then the Indians destroy Quintana in the third game to avoid the sweep.

TBC just needs less oxygen apparently! LOL.
