MPs ready for Series 01: Likely all but Terriers, Pale Hose, and
Rogers. Ah, and the Canons and Being Don Mattingly had transactions;
they might want to adjust their MPs.

Again, some rules of game play:
1. Do not play a series as the home team without first receiving a
season start MP from the visiting team owner. After Series 01, please
e-mail visiting owner if MP not listed as ready.
2. Always check the opposing team's rotation; pitchers should not
start tired unless stated otherwise by manager.
3. Honor system here; do not restart games once they've started unless
there is an obvious mistake discovered immediately upon starting
(e.g., see #2 above, you accidentally let a tired pitcher start for
opposing team)
4. You must have 25 active players at all time. No more. No less.

Visiting team MP deadline is Sunday, March 22nd, Noon EDT. Series
results are due Wednesday, March 25th, 11:00 PM EDT. Deadline after
that will be Sunday, March 29th.

I couldn't figure out how to load the away team's MP, or how to export my own, and I likely won't have time to do it tomorrow before the deadline.
I guess this means Burlington will get to play the series with whatever MP gets generated?

I should be better at figuring out 90s apps.

Ok, got instructions and got the series played.

A very well pitched series, overall. Beginner's luck strikes first blood, as the Dodgers sweep the series in all close games.
Tip of the cap to Bonifacio, who went 7/9, 2B, HR, 2 R, RBI; and to J.Fernandez, who went 8.1 IP, 4 H, 2 R, 1 BB, 10 K in a no-decision.

The Glovers are in for a long, beating-packed season.

Pirates sweep breaking out with 18 runs in game 3.

Alston dampened Opening Day festivities at Wrigley right away, scoring five in the first off Iwakuma, but needed 12 innings to secure the 7-5 win. In the following game Jacob deGrom surrendered only a Garrett Jones single and three walks in a 4-0 masterpiece. Just as Breaker fans were ready to say "wait 'til next year", Crescent Beach fought back from a 3-0 deficit against Scherzer, and Ozuna's tiebreaking homer led to a 7-3 win for the home side.
