Hares win two of three but really needed to sweep. Lose third game in extra innings.

McCarthy (9-4) returns to pitch a complete game as the Hose prevail 6-4. [Ortiz returned from a lengthy stint on the DL only to get injuried again though he will only miss 1 game this time ...]

Isotopes score an "insurance" run in the 9th and need it to hold the Hose who score 3 in the 9th but lose 6-5.

Milone (10-1) outduels Verlander (10-8) and the Hose win 5-3.

NOTE: I will running my first 50-K this weekend at the Great Cranberry Island Ultra so I will not be able to play series 38 against the Hen House until we return Monday. If this is a problem the Hen House should submit a back-up file. Thanks.
