WS results are due whenever. I'm thinking Craig and Bill are eager to play, and thus I need not worry about a deadline.

The Outlaws capture the World Series 4-2 over the Whitecaps, congratulations Bill who outfoxed me consistently with a brilliant use of a versatile lineup.

Crazy series features a game 4 walk-off by Bautista, a 2-hit, 95-pitch shutout by Tim Hudson, a combined 1-hitter by Feliz and Hoover in a 7-3 win, and the series tying run getting thrown out stealing home in the 7th and doubled off 1st on a 9th inning bunt pop-up in the finale.

Jay, Bautista and Zobrist combine to hit .300 with 5 HR and 11 RBI, the rest of the Whitecaps offense hits .075 (9-120) with 1 HR and 6 RBI.

Outlaws pitching walks 29 and hits 2 more while allowing just 27 hits. Tim Hudson takes the series MVP with a game 6 win to add to the game 2 shutout and puts up a 1.20 ERA with 7 hits allowed in 15 innings.

We got one-hit, two-hit, and three-hit in a seven-game series (well, six, but up to seven). You ain't winning that too often. Great pitching performances, and my lack of runs got into my head and made me rash and foolish when managing. Great job, Bill. We'll get 'em next year.
