Hares win two of three.

In game one they fall behind early, storm back to make it 7-6 by the bottom of the fourth, and then fail to score the rest of the way. Porcello gives up many homeruns in the loss.

In game two, the Hares got five solid innings from Taylor Jordan and then the bullpen came in the rest of the way for a team effort shutout. The offense manufactures a couple of runs on the way to a 2-0 win.

In game three, the Hares survive four infield errors, two by David Wright, to win in the bottom of the eleventh on a walkoff homerun by Carlos Quentin off of Paul Maholm. Both bullpens were excellent putting up zero after zero to that point. Hares win 4-3.

Eovaldi got hurt 2 batters in ... which was a sign of things to come.

Whitecaps take two the easy way and one the hard way for a high-scoring sweep.

Crescent Beach sweeps, which means we win three games out of three, for Breaker fans unfamiliar with the term.

The Pale Hose continue to suck dropping the opener 10-1 as Griffin improves to 7-2; amazingly get to Lohse (5-3) winning 9-5 before dropping the finale to Fife (2-0) 4-2. The Hose bull pen is getting lots of work!

Heroes visit Allston.

Heroes kick tar out of Capuano and pen in first game romp 14-6. Longoria, Raeburn and Stanton HR

Game 2 we see Kazmir hold the Heroes to a run on 4 hits over 7, as Terriers win 5-1 powered by Ramos's TRHR.

Alston edges Higgleytown in rubber as Kazmir K's 12 in 7 innnings in Terrier 2-1 win.

Glovers take 2.

Marauders outscore the Canons 12-2, but of course manage to only win 2 out of 3 by being shut out 1-0 in the middle game.

MP ready for Series 23. Please activate Castro from the DL for the second game; for the first game, add Tony Sanchez at C, move him to #8 in the lineup, and then Brown to #4 (followed by Davidson, Segura, etc.)

Thunder Bay takes 2 of 3 from Hamilton.
