I'm not sure if you'll see this but I noticed that your team was struggling, but in the interest of full information please forgive this unsolicited advice.

On paper your team looks good and yet they have a 10-35 record. How do we explain this?

The biggest reason is defense. You are giving up so many runs because your defense is poor. At a quick guess I would say the difference between your defense and my defense is 100 runs. That's a massive gap.

The other big issue is a lineup full of righthanded hitters. I signed a righty killer just to pitch against your team. Now I managed to lose that game anyway, but I suspect other owners are setting up their rotations with your lineup in mind. This will suppress your offense.
