Home team loses series 2-1.

Home squad takes the first, Stogie bats catch fire to take the third.

Game 1: Glovers win 4-3, behind a capable start from Quintana

Game 2: Glovers jump all over Doubront in the first and second, on the way to a 9-0 lead. Cannons get 2 in the fifth on a homer by Kipnis, but that's all. Glovers win 9-2.

Game 3: Glovers win 3-0, as their bullpen throws 5 1/3 innings after Delgado leaves early with an injury. The Glovers manage 11 baserunners in the first three innings, but only 1 run, in a stunning example of anti-clutch.

Gillaspie's error at 3B allows the Pale Hose to win the game in the 12th and they do 2-1.

Hawks score 6 in the 7th and win 6-4.

Hawks score 3 in the 10th and win 9-6. Darin Downs was the losing pitcher in both these games.

No injuries.

Crescent Beach claims its second straight series sweep, punctuated by a final game in which the Breakers erased a 5-0 edge in the middle innings, then Whitecap leads in the tenth and eleventh. Hanley's two-run shot off Janssen ended the wild contest.
