G1: The only run of the game comes from Upton in the bottom of the 1st as he lead off the game with solo HR. Sale goes 8.2 innings but can't finish the shutout as things get a little shaky in the 9th. Perez picks up the save. Canadians 1-0
G2: Another tight ballgame; Russell Martin gets the home team on the board with a solo HR in the 4th, Saunders adds a 3-run shot in the 6th and the Canadians lead 4-0. Zimmermann was just cruising, only giving up a solo HR to Moreland in the 8th. Once again, the Stogies don't go quietly as Zimmermann is replaced in the 9th by Gregerson who gets the first two outs very quickly, but then gives up a 2-run homer to Olivo just as quickly. Gregerson, though, is able to retire Moreland on the next pitch as the Canadians hold on. Canadians 4-3
G3: One more close game; Canadians score two in the first on a little rally just to see the Stogies fight back once again, this time actually being able to tie the game. Multiple walks, a double, and a passed ball is how the Stogies tie the game at two. A clutch two-out RBI single in the bottom of the 8th by Hosmer puts the Canadians back out in front, this time for good, sweeping the series with three one-run ballgames and solid pitching by both sides. Canadians 3-2
No injuries

Robinson Cano continues his dominance in Higglytown with four homers -- giving him eight in twelve games against the Heroes. But some timely hitting helps overcome Cano's heroics and a bullpen blow up, and Higglytown wins all three games.

Hares win two of three in wild series. Probably should have swept but easily could have lost two of three as well.
Dickey struck out eight of the first nine in game two, still lost because two of the three hits he gave up were homeruns by Pierzynski.
Game three goes 17 innings as Hares get dramatic three run HR to tie game in eighth and then proceed to leave runner after runner on base the rest of the way to lose 12-9.

Yu Darvish posts the Outlaws best SP line in the series, 6 IP, 10 H, 4 BB, 8 R, and it's good enough to get him his 12th win, and to win the rubber game of the series for the home team.

Indians take 2 of 3 from the Clowns including a wild game 1. What looked like a pitchers duel with J. Weaver and G. Gonzalez going H2H turned into a 9-6 Indians win with both starters getting rocked.

Marauders continue to suck after management teased them with the possibility of reinforcements and then failed to come through, drop 2 of 3 to the Pirates.

Dawgs continue to struggle at home preventing a sweep with a win in game 3.
*** NOTE TO GREG: for some reason the changes to my roster last series did not hold for this series - the games imported fine but the moves I made didn't - so I had to remake them.
I expect that these will not count toward the three farmings for Horst and Dyson. ***
